10 Year Warranty

Bay Bed & Mattress guarantees that your mattress will be repaired or replaced at our option, without charge to you, should it be defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first 10 years.

This warranty covers any deterioration of the mattress components, which causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring, platform or frame.

Queen and King beds must have one or more middle support legs.

Warranty is void if the mattress has been damaged, including burns, cuts, tears, or is abnormally soiled.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product.

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

The Bay Bed Mattress Return/Exchange Policy

Your Bay Bed mattress may be returned after the 30-day comfort adjustment period has passed, if you are not satisfied with it. We will refund 85% of the purchase price, less delivery fees. If your Bay Bed mattress is returned damaged, additional fees will be charged accordingly. Bay Bed mattresses are NOT returnable after 60 days.
